本隐私政策适用于西安维萨里数字科技有限责任公司(以下简称"我公司")提供的App软件及服务。本隐私政策中我们客户端软件可能会涉及不同应用版本,用户需选择与所安装手机相匹配的软件版本,不同版本的软件App所提供的功能和服务可能有所不同。
我公司深知个人信息对您的重要性,并会尽全力保护您的个人信息安全可靠。我公司致力于维持您对我公司的信任,恪守以下原则保护您的个人信息:权责一致原则、目的明确原则、选择同意原则、最少够用原则、确保安全原则、主体参与原则、公开透明原则等。同时,我公司承诺,我公司将按业界成熟的安全标准采取相应的安全保护措施来保护您的个人信息。

1、个人信息和个人敏感信息定义
个人信息,指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。我公司实际具体收集的个人信息种类以下文描述为准。

2、我公司如何收集和使用您的个人信息
(1)软件账号的注册/登录
您在使用软件进行账号注册时, 我们会收集您注册时填写的邮箱发送验证码,输入验证码后帮您创建您的维萨里账号,如果不创建账号,并不会影响您使用浏览功能,但会影响您使用定位、进针视频、剖面等附加业务功能。
对于需要通过登录账号才能使用的服务,我们可能会根据您提供的上述信息效验您的身份,确保我们是在为您本人提供服务。
您也可以编辑修改您的资料,包括头像、昵称、性别、身份,您还可以更换邮箱,但如果您不提供前述信息,不会影响您使用基本功能。
(2)消息推送
软件为了向用户及时提供各种通知(新版本上线、服务器维修、内容更新),系统通过消息推送机制,集成第三方SDK(友盟消息推送,华为消息推送,小米开放平台消息推送、vivo消息推送、OPPO推送平台)来实现,会收集您的设备标识信息。
(3)数据统计与产品优化
为了通过数据统计对产品进行优化, 我们使用第三方友盟SDK数据统计服务,友盟数据统计SDK需要收集您的设备唯一标识码(IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID、SIM卡IMSI信息)、设备MAC地址、您的用户名、每次使用产品的时长、用于反作弊的地理位置信息、软件安装列表、设备序列号 以提供统计分析服务,并通过地理位置校准报表数据准确性,提供基础反作弊能力;
(4)基于相机、相册权限的服务内容
您可以在 开启相机、相册权限后使用该功能以实现头像上传。
(5)后台运行及静默状态
软件在后台运行及静默状态时, 我们以及集成的第三方SDK(百度语音合成SDK\友盟移动统计SDK)会收集您的备标识信息(MAC地址、ip地址、DEVICE_id、IMEI、设备序列号),用于网络监测、数据统计、场景切换、状态更新。
(6)日志上传
当打开日志上传功能时,我公司会 收集您的手机品牌,手机型号,android系统版本,设备唯一设备识别码,网络状态,屏幕尺寸,内存占用,APP用户信息,运营商,IP地址,DNS服务器地址,用于您的手机软件错误信息收集及bug诊断。 如您关闭,不会影响您的使用软件。
(7)支付虚拟商品
软件内的付费类虚拟商品,包括但不限于模型,需要您支付相应金额下单并支付完成后使用,为实现付费类虚拟商品的下单功能, 我们需要获取您的维萨里账号。
(8)订单管理功能
为便于您了解查询订单信息并对订单进行管理, 我们会收集您在使用服务过程中产生的订单信息用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。
请您注意,根据国家相关法律法规的规定,以下情形中,软件收集、使用您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意:
1、与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的;
2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的;
3、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的;
4、出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的;
5、所涉及的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的;
6、从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的,如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道;
7、用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的,例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障;
8、与软件履行法律法规规定的义务相关的。
1、我们会在您的计算机或移动设备上发送一个或多个名为Cookies的小数据文件,指定给您的Cookies是唯一的,它只能被将Cookies发布给您的域中的Web服务器读取。我们向您发送Cookies是为了简化您重复登录的步骤、帮助判断您的登录状态以及账号或数据安全。
2、我们不会将Cookies用于本隐私政策所述目的之外的任何用途。您可根据自己的偏好管理或册除Cookies,您可以也可以清除软件内保存的所有Cookies。
3、SDK:SDK是我公司嵌入的一组工具和/或代码,允许第三方授权合作伙伴收集有关用户如何与服务交互的信息。
(一)共享
1.我们不会与合作伙伴以外的任何公司.组织和个人共享您的个人信息,但以下情况除外:
(1)事先获得您明确的同意或授权;
(2)根据适用的法律法规、法律程序的要求、强制性的行政或司法要求所必须的情况下进行提供;
(3)在法律法规允许的范围内,为维护合作伙伴、您或其他软件用户或社会公众利益、财产或安全免遭损害而有必要提供;
(4)只有共享您的信息,才能实现我们的产品与/或服务的核心功能或提供您需要的服务;
(5)应您需求为您处理您与他人的纠纷或争议;
(6)符合与您签署的相关协议(包括在线签署的电子协议以及相应的规则)或其他的法律文件约定所提供;
(7)基于学术研究而使用;
(8)基于符合法律法规的社会公共利益而使用。
2.我们可能会将您的个人信息与我们的关联公司共享,但我们只会共享必要的个人信息,且受本隐私政策中所声明目的的约束。我们的关联方如要改变个人信息的处理目的,将再次征求您的授权同意。
3.我们可能会向合作伙伴等第三方共享您的订单信息、账号信息、设备信息以及位置信息,以保障为您提供的服务顺利完成。但我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息,并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。我们的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。
我们的合作伙伴包括以下类型:
(1)商品或技术服务的供应商。我们可能会将您的个人信息共享给支持我们功能的第三方。这些支持包括为我们提供基础设施技术服务、支付服务、数据处理等。我们共享这些信息的目的是可以实现我们产品与/或服务的核心购买功能,或者我们需要将您的订单号和订单金额与第三方支付机构共享以实现其确认您的支付指令并完成支付等。我们会对合作方获取信息的软件工具开发包(SDK)、应用程序接口(API)进行严格的安全监测,以保护数据安全。
(2)委托我们进行推广的合作伙伴。有时我们会代表其他企业向使用我们产品与/或服务的用户群提供促销推广的服务。我们可能会使用您的个人信息以及您的非个人信息与委托我们进行推广的合作伙伴("委托方")共享,但我们仅会向这些委托方提供推广的覆盖面和有效性的信息,而不会提供您的个人身份信息,或者我们将这些信息进行匿名化处理,使其无法关联到您个人。
4.为了遵守法律、执行或适用我们的使用条件和其他协议,或者为了保护我们、您或其他软件用户的权利及其财产或安全,比如为防止欺诈等违法活动和减少信用风险,而与其他公司和组织交换信息。但这并不包括违反本隐私政策中所作的承诺而为获利目的出售、出租、共享或以其它方式披露的个人信息。
(二)转让
我公司不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人,但以下情况除外:
(1)获得您的明确同意后,我公司会向其他方转让您的个人信息;
(2)在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时,如涉及到个人信息转让,我公司会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此隐私政策的约束,否则我公司将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。
(三)公开披露
我公司仅会在以下情况下,公开披露您的个人信息:
(1)获得您明确同意后;
(2)基于法律的披露:在法律、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部门强制性要求的情况下,我公司会公开披露您的个人信息。

2、我们将在合理的安全水平内使用各种安全保护措施以保障信息的安全。例如,我们使用加密技术(例如,TLS、SSL)、匿名化处理等手段来保护您的个人信息。为了预防病毒、木马程序或其他恶意程序、网站,我们可能会检测您设备安装的应用、正在运行的进程或设备内存中寄存的信息是否存在安全隐患;为了预防诈骗、盗号、仿冒他人等不法行为和进行安全检查我们可能会分析利用唯一设备标识符、登录IP地址、操作日志等数据,以便于采取安全措施或对用户进行安全提示等。
3、尽管已经采取了上述合理有效措施,并已经遵守了相关法律规定要求的标准,但请您理解,由于技术的限制以及可能存在的各种恶意手段,在互联网行业,即便竭尽所能加强安全措施,也不可能始终保证信息百分之百的安全,我公司将尽力确保您提供给我们的个人信息的安全性。
您知悉并理解,您接入我公司的服务所用的系统和通讯网络,有可能因我们可控范围外的因素而出现问题。因此,我们强烈建议您采取积极措施保护个人信息的安全,包括但不限于使用复杂密码、定期修改密码、不将自己的帐号密码及相关个人信息透露给他人。
(一)访问您的个人信息
您有权查询您的信息,您可以通过以下方式自行进行:
1.打开软件,点击"我的",点击头像,即可访问您的头像、昵称、性别、身份,也可修改;
2.打开软件,点击"我的",点击"设置",可以访问修改密码;
3.打开软件,点击"我的",点击我的订单,可以查询虚拟商品订单、消费记录、订单状态;
(二)更正、补充您的个人信息
当您发现我公司处理的关于您的个人信息有错误时,您有权要求我公司做出更正。您可以通过"(一)访问您的个人信息"中罗列的方式提出更正申请。
(三)删除您的个人信息
在以下情形中,您可以向我公司提出删除个人信息的请求:
(1)如果我公司处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;
(2)如果我公司收集、使用您的个人信息,却未征得您的同意;
(3)如果我公司处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定;
(4)如果您不再使用我公司的产品或服务,或您注销了帐号;
(5)如果我公司不再为您提供产品或服务。
请熟悉:若我公司决定响应您的删除请求,我公司还将同时通知从我公司获得您的个人信息的实体,要求其及时删除,除非法律法规另有规定,或这些实体获得您的独立授权。 当您从我公司的服务中删除信息后,我公司不会立即备份系统中删除相应的信息,但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
(四)注销您的账号
如果您希望注销您的软件账号,您可以通过以下路径进行操作:
打开软件,点击"我的",点击"设置",点击注销账号。
在您注销账号之前,您随时可以注销此前注册的账号,在账户注销后,原账户相关信息会被清空且无法找回且无法进行以下操作:
(1)账号中的个人信息、最近使用信息等将被清空;
(2)账号中的权益将被取消,已购买会员产品将视为自动放弃;
(3)账号中的购买记录、历史搜索记录将被清空;
1.我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。若您是18周岁以下的未成年人,在使用我们的产品与/或服务前,应事先取得您家长或法定监护人的同意。我们会根据国家相关法律法规的规定保护未成年人的个人信息。
2.对于经父母或法定监护人同意而收集未成年人个人信息的情况,我们只会在受到法律允许、父母或监护人明确同意或者保护未成年人所必要的情况下使用或公开披露此信息。
3.如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的父母或法定监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息,则会设法尽快删除相关数据。
我公司的隐私政策可能变更。未经您明确同意,我公司不会削减您按照本隐私政策所应享有的权利。我公司会在本页面上发布对本隐私政策所做的任何变更。对于重大变更,我公司还会提供更为显著的通知。本隐私政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于:
1、我公司的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息类型、个人信息的使用方式等;
2、我公司在所有权结构、组织架构等方面发生重大变化。如业务调整、破产并购等引起的所有者变更等;
3、个人信息共享、转让或公开披露的主要对象发生变化;
4、您参与个人信息处理方面的权利及其行使方式发生重大变化;
5、我公司负责处理个人信息安全的责任部门、联络方式及投诉渠道发生变化时;
6、个人信息安全影响评估报告表明存在高风险时。

This Privacy Policy applies to the App software and services provided by Xi'an Veesary Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). Our client software may involve different application versions, and users should select the version compatible with their installed mobile device. Features and services may vary across different App versions.
We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting its security and reliability. We strive to maintain your trust by adhering to the following principles: accountability, purpose specification, consent, data minimization, security safeguards, individual participation, and transparency. We promise to implement appropriate security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect your personal information.
To better protect your personal information, we recommend carefully reading this updated Privacy Policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us using the methods provided in Section VIII.
1. Definitions of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information
Personal Information refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information. The specific types of personal information we collect are described below.
Sensitive Personal Information refers to personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal or property safety, easily damage personal reputation, physical and mental health, or lead to discriminatory treatment. The specific types of sensitive personal information we collect are described below.
2. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
(1) Software Account Registration/Login
When registering for an account, we collect the email address you provide to send a verification code. After you enter the code, we create your Veesary account. You can use browsing features without creating an account, but additional features like positioning, needle insertion videos, and cross-sections will require an account.
For services requiring account login, we may verify your identity using the information above to ensure we are providing services to you personally.
You can edit your profile information, including avatar, nickname, gender, and identity. You can also change your email address. Not providing this information won't affect basic app functionality.
(2) Push Notifications
To provide timely notifications (new versions, server maintenance, content updates), the App uses push notification mechanisms integrated with third-party SDKs (Umeng Push, Huawei Push, Xiaomi Push, vivo Push, OPPO Push) that collect your device identification information.
(3) Data Statistics and Product Optimization
For product optimization through data analysis, we use the third-party Umeng SDK statistical service. This SDK collects your device's unique identifiers (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information), device MAC address, username, usage duration, geographical location for anti-fraud, installed app list, and device serial number to provide statistical analysis, calibrate report accuracy, and offer basic anti-fraud capabilities.
(4) Services Using Camera and Photo Gallery Permissions
You can use these features for avatar upload after enabling camera and photo gallery permissions.
(5) Background Operation and Silent State
When the App runs in the background or silent state, we and integrated third-party SDKs (Baidu Voice Synthesis SDK, Umeng Mobile Statistics SDK) collect your device identification information (MAC address, IP address, DEVICE_ID, IMEI, device serial number) for network monitoring, data statistics, scene switching, and status updates.
(6) Log Upload
When enabling log upload, we collect your phone brand, model, Android version, unique device identifiers, network status, screen size, memory usage, App user information, carrier, IP address, and DNS server address for error collection and bug diagnosis. Disabling this feature won't affect App usage.
(7) Virtual Goods Payment
Paid virtual goods within the App, including models, require payment. To enable ordering of paid virtual goods, we need to access your Veesary account.
(8) Order Management
To help you view and manage order information, we collect order information generated during service usage for display and management purposes.
Please note that under relevant national laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without your consent in the following circumstances:
1. Related to national security and defense;
2. Related to public security, public health, and significant public interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution;
4. Necessary to protect life, property, and other significant legal rights of you or others when obtaining consent is difficult;
5. Information you have publicly disclosed;
6. Collected from legally disclosed information (news reports, government disclosures);
7. Necessary to maintain security and stable operation of our services (e.g., detecting service failures);
8. Related to fulfilling legal obligations.
1. We may send one or more small data files called "Cookies" to your computer or mobile device. These Cookies are unique to you and can only be read by the web server that issued them. We use Cookies to simplify repeated logins, help determine your login status, and ensure account and data security.
2. We don't use Cookies for purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy. You can manage or delete Cookies based on your preferences, or clear all Cookies stored within the App.
3. SDKs: SDKs are tools and/or code we embed that allow authorized third-party partners to collect information about how users interact with our services.
(1) Sharing
1. We don't share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside our partners, except:
(1) With your explicit consent or authorization;
(2) When required by applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory government requests;
(3) When necessary to protect the public interest, or the rights, property, or safety of our partners, users, or others;
(4) Necessary to implement core product/service functions or provide requested services;
(5) To handle disputes at your request;
(6) As stipulated in agreements with you (including electronic agreements and rules);
(7) For academic research purposes;
(8) For social public interests in compliance with laws.
2. We may share necessary personal information with our affiliates, bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If affiliates change the processing purpose, they will seek your authorization again.
3. We may share your order information, account information, device information, and location information with partners to complete services. We only share necessary information for specific, explicit purposes. Partners cannot use shared information for other purposes.
Our partners include:
(1) Product or technical service suppliers. We may share information with third parties supporting our functions (infrastructure, payment processing, data processing). We conduct strict security monitoring of partner SDKs and APIs.
(2) Promotion partners. We may use your personal and non-personal information to represent other businesses in promotions, but we only provide information about promotion reach and effectiveness, not personally identifiable information, or we anonymize the information.
4. To comply with laws, enforce our terms, protect our rights, property, or safety, or prevent fraud and reduce credit risks, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations, excluding selling, renting, or sharing personal information for profit in violation of this Policy.
(2) Transfer
We won't transfer your personal information except:
(1) With your explicit consent;
(2) During mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy proceedings, where we'll require the new entity to continue following this Privacy Policy or seek your authorization again.
(3) Public Disclosure
We only disclose your personal information when:
(1) We have your explicit consent;
(2) Required by law, legal proceedings, litigation, or government authorities.

To prevent viruses, malware, and security risks, we may detect apps, processes, or device memory. For fraud prevention and security checks, we may analyze unique device identifiers, IP addresses, and operation logs.
3. Despite implementing reasonable measures and complying with legal standards, please understand that due to technological limitations and potential malicious methods, we cannot guarantee 100% security. We'll do our best to ensure the security of your information.
Please understand that systems and communication networks you use to access our services may experience issues beyond our control. We strongly recommend taking active measures to protect your personal information, including using complex passwords, changing them regularly, and not sharing your account credentials.
(1) Access Your Personal Information
You have the right to access your information through:
1. Opening the App → "Me" → Tap your avatar to access and modify your avatar, nickname, gender, and identity;
2. Opening the App → "Me" → "Settings" to access and change your password;
3. Opening the App → "Me" → "My Orders" to view virtual product orders, payment history, and order status;
(2) Correct Your Personal Information
You have the right to request corrections when you find errors in your personal information. Use the methods listed above.
(3) Delete Your Personal Information
You can request deletion of your personal information when:
(1) Our processing violates laws;
(2) We collected/used your information without consent;
(3) Our processing violates agreements with you;
(4) You stop using our products/services or delete your account;
(5) We no longer provide products/services to you.
Note: If we approve your deletion request, we'll also notify entities that received your information from us to delete it, unless otherwise required by law or they have your separate authorization. After deletion from our services, information may not be immediately removed from backup systems but will be deleted during backup updates.
(4) Delete Your Account
To delete your account:
Open the App → "Me" → "Settings" → "Delete Account".
Before deletion, you can delete your previously registered account at any time. After deletion, all account-related information will be permanently erased and unrecoverable, and you cannot:
(1) Access personal information and recent usage history;
(2) Use previously purchased membership privileges;
(3) Access purchase history or search records;
1. We highly value the protection of minors' personal information. If you are under 18, please obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using our products/services. We protect minors' information according to relevant laws.
2. For minors' information collected with parental/guardian consent, we only use or disclose it as permitted by law, with explicit consent, or when necessary for protection purposes.
3. If we discover collecting minors' information without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete the data.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We won't reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. We'll post any changes on this page. For significant changes, we'll provide more prominent notice. Significant changes include:
1. Major changes in our service mode (purpose, types of information, usage methods);
2. Major changes in ownership structure or organization (business adjustments, mergers);
3. Changes in main entities for sharing, transfer, or disclosure;
4. Major changes in your rights and how to exercise them;
