在此特别提醒您（用户）在注册成为用户之前，请认真阅读本《用户协议》（以下简称"协议"），确保您充分理解本协议中各条款。请您审慎阅读并选择接受或不接受本协议。您的注册、登录、使用等行为将视为对本协议的接受，并同意接受本协议各项条款的约束。本协议约定西安维萨里数字科技有限责任公司（以下简称"维萨里"）与用户之间关于本软件服务的权利义务。 "用户"是指注册、登录、使用本服务的个人。本协议可由维萨里随时更新，更新后的协议条款一旦公布即代替原来的协议条款，恕不再另行通知，用户可在本APP中查阅最新版协议条款。在修改协议条款后，如果用户不接受修改后的条款，请立即停止使用维萨里提供的服务，用户继续使用服务将被视为接受修改后的协议。

一、账号注册

    1、用户在使用本服务前需要注册一个"维萨里"账号。账号应当使用手机号码绑定注册，请用户使用尚未与"维萨里"账号绑定的手机号码，以及未被服务根据本协议封禁的手机号码注册账号。服务可以根据用户需求或产品需要对账号注册和绑定的方式进行变更，而无须事先通知用户。

    2、用户注册时应当授权维萨里及使用其个人信息方可成功注册"维萨里"账号。故用户完成注册即表明用户同意服务提取、公开及使用用户的信息。

    3、鉴于维萨里账号的绑定注册方式，您同意服务在注册时将允许您的手机号码及手机设备识别码等信息用于注册。

    4、在用户注册及使用本服务时，维萨里需要搜集能识别用户身份的个人信息以便服务可以在必要时联系用户，或为用户提供更好的使用体验。搜集的信息包括但不限于用户的姓名；同意对这些信息的使用将受限于第三条用户个人隐私信息保护的约束。

二、软件使用和内容许可协议

    1、版权

    我们软件内各项网络服务内容的所有权、运作权归本App（或西安维萨里数字科技有限责任公司）所有，软件提供的服务将完全按照其服务条款和操作规则严格执行。

    2、版权和使用权

    我们所提供的软件，文字，声音，资料，训练方案，图片，动画，3D模型，视频等电子资料版权属于西安维萨里数字科技有限责任公司，付费或非付费用户享有相应权限软件的使用权，但不享有版权。严禁任何个人或单位在未经公司书面许可的情况下对App任何内容进行翻版、复制、转载、篡改、二次编辑或发布等一切用于商业或非商业活动的行为。

    3、用户发布内容规范

    严禁发表、散布、传播任何反动、色情及违反国家安全、扰乱社会秩序等有害信息，不得利用维萨里账号制作、上载、复制、发布、传播如下法律、法规和政策禁止的内容：

    (1) 反对宪法所确定的基本原则的；

    (2) 危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；

    (3) 损害国家荣誉和利益的；

    (4) 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；

    (5) 破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；

    (6) 散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；

    (7) 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；

    (8) 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；

    (9) 含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的信息。

    用户需对自己在网上的行为承担法律责任，软件的系统记录将作为法律的证据。

    4、用户账号的使用限制：用户注册成功，成为我们的合法用户，用户将对登陆用户名、密码安全的使用负全部责任。用户的帐号（或实名手机号）仅限当前注册用户或手机实名制对应的个人私自使用，不得将自己的帐号提供给第三方使用，或将学习课程公开播放，或以任何方式供多人使用。

    5、对信息的存储和限制：我们不对用户所发布信息的删除或储存失败负责。我们有判定用户的行为是否符合服务条款的要求，如果用户违背了服务条款或公序良俗，我们有中断对其提供服务的权利或删除相关内容。

    6、开始/结束服务：用户付费经系统确认后，开通相应的服务权限（服务权限是指用户享受所购买服务的资格）。用户对软件服务不满，可以行使如下权利：（1）联系我们商讨解决问题；（2）停止使用软件。

三、自动续费订阅服务条款

    如果您购买自动续费订阅服务，以下条款适用：

    1、订阅服务名称：高级会员订阅服务

    2、订阅周期和价格：
      • 月度订阅：每月自动续费，价格以App内展示为准
      • 年度订阅：每年自动续费，价格以App内展示为准
      具体价格请查看App内订阅页面的实时定价信息。

    3、自动续费说明：
      • 除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少24小时取消订阅，否则订阅将自动续费
      • 系统将在当前订阅周期结束前24小时内向您的Apple账户收取续费费用
      • 续费价格与初始订阅价格相同（除非我们提前通知您价格变更）

    4、取消订阅：
      您可以随时取消订阅。取消方式：
      • 打开iPhone的"设置" → 点击您的Apple ID → "订阅" → 选择本应用 → 点击"取消订阅"
      • 取消后，您可以继续使用服务直至当前订阅周期结束
      • 取消后不会立即退款，但不会再自动扣费

    5、退款政策：
      • 所有购买通过Apple App Store处理，退款请求需向Apple提交
      • 我们遵循Apple的退款政策，具体请参考Apple的相关规定
      • 如有任何问题，您可以联系我们的客服寻求帮助

    6、免费试用（如适用）：
      • 如果提供免费试用期，试用期结束后将自动转为付费订阅
      • 您可以在试用期结束前至少24小时取消，以避免被收费
      • 如果您之前已使用过免费试用，则无法再次享受

四、法律条款和免责声明

    1、法律适用：网络服务条款与中华人民共和国的法律解释相一致，用户和我们一致同意服从高等法院管辖。

    2、免责条款：由于用户将个人密码告知他人或与他人共享注册帐户，由此导致的任何个人资料泄露，维萨里不负任何责任。

    任何由于黑客攻击、计算机病毒侵入或发作、因政府管制而造成的暂时性关闭等影响APP正常使用的不可抗力而造成的个人资料泄露、丢失、被盗用、被窜改或不能正常使用等，维萨里不负任何责任。

    维萨里如因系统维护或升级而需暂停服务时，将公告。若因线路及非本公司控制范围外的硬件故障或其它不可抗力而导致暂停服务，于暂停服务期间造成的一切不便与损失，维萨里不负任何责任。

Before registering as a user, please carefully read this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") to ensure you fully understand all terms. Read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Your registration, login, and use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and consent to be bound by its terms. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Xi'an Veesary Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Veesary") and users regarding the software services.

"User" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, and uses our services. Veesary may update this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will replace previous ones once published without further notice. Users can view the latest version within this APP. If users do not accept modified terms, they should immediately stop using Veesary's services. Continued use will be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.

I. Account Registration

1. Users need to register a "Veesary" account before using our services. Accounts must be registered with mobile phone number verification. Please use mobile numbers not previously bound to Veesary accounts and not restricted under this Agreement. We may modify registration and binding methods based on user needs or product requirements without prior notice.

2. Registration requires authorization for Veesary to access and use your personal information. Completing registration indicates your consent to our collection, disclosure, and use of your information.

3. Given the mobile verification registration method, you agree we may use your mobile number and device identification information during registration.

4. During registration and service use, Veesary collects personal identification information to contact users when necessary or improve user experience. Information collected includes but isn't limited to user names. Use of this information is governed by Section III - User Privacy Protection.

II. Software Usage and Content License

1. Copyright

All online service content within our software is owned and operated by this App (or Xi'an Veesary Digital Technology Co., Ltd.). Services will be strictly provided according to our terms and operational rules.

2. Copyright and Usage Rights

All software, text, audio, materials, training programs, images, animations, 3D models, videos, and other electronic content are copyrighted by Xi'an Veesary Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Paid and non-paid users receive usage rights to corresponding software features but do not obtain copyright. Reproduction, copying, redistribution, modification, secondary editing, publication, or any commercial/non-commercial use of App content without written company permission is strictly prohibited.

3. User Content Standards

Users are prohibited from publishing, distributing, or spreading any reactionary, pornographic, or harmful information that violates national security or disrupts social order. Veesary accounts must not be used to create, upload, copy, publish, or spread the following content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies:

(1) Content opposing fundamental constitutional principles;

(2) Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) Content damaging national honor and interests;

(4) Content inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Content undermining state religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Content spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;

(7) Content containing pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or criminal solicitation;

(8) Content defaming or infringing upon others' legal rights;

(9) Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Users bear legal responsibility for their online conduct. System records will serve as legal evidence.

4. Account Usage Restrictions: Upon successful registration, users become authorized users and assume full responsibility for login credentials. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties, used for public broadcasting of learning courses, or allow multiple person access.

5. Information Storage and Limitations: We are not responsible for deletion or storage failure of user-published content. We reserve the right to determine if user behavior complies with service terms and may suspend service or delete content if terms or public order are violated.

6. Service Commencement/Termination: Service permissions are activated after payment confirmation. Users dissatisfied with services may: (1) Contact us to resolve issues; (2) Stop using the software.

III. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, the following terms apply:

1. Subscription Name: Premium Membership Subscription

2. Subscription Duration and Pricing:

• Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews every month at the price displayed in the App

• Annual Subscription: Automatically renews every year at the price displayed in the App

Please check the subscription page in the App for current pricing information.

3. Auto-Renewal Details:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period

• Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• The renewal price is the same as the initial subscription price (unless we notify you of a price change in advance)

4. Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open Settings on your iPhone → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select this app → Tap Cancel Subscription

• After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current subscription period

• Cancellation does not result in an immediate refund, but prevents future automatic charges

5. Refund Policy:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, and refund requests must be submitted to Apple

• We follow Apple's refund policy. Please refer to Apple's terms for details

• If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service for assistance

6. Free Trial (if applicable):

• If a free trial period is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial ends

• You can cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged

• If you have previously used a free trial, you cannot use it again

IV. Legal Terms and Disclaimers

1. Governing Law: These terms are interpreted in accordance with laws of the People's Republic of China. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of relevant courts.

2. Disclaimer: Veesary assumes no responsibility for personal data leakage resulting from password sharing or account sharing.

Veesary assumes no responsibility for data leakage, loss, theft, alteration, or service interruption due to force majeure including hacker attacks, computer viruses, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

Veesary will announce scheduled maintenance. We assume no responsibility for inconveniences or losses during unscheduled service interruptions due to hardware failures or other force majeure beyond our control.
